The Admissions Office is located in the Leu Elementary Building.
When you come to campus, enter through the main school entrance, directly across from Shakespeare Park. On your left, you’ll pass Furlong Hall, our administrative building (large grey building with columns). Keep driving and follow signs to Admissions. The admissions office is located in the elementary building, the last building on the left. Look for the doors to the left of the large bay window with an “Admissions” sign over the door. We would love to give you a personal tour of our school. We offer campus tours year-round. Contact us or schedule an individual tour of the school.
Tours specifically focused on elementary, middle, or high school typically last 40-60 minutes. A comprehensive tour of all divisions may take longer. Personal campus tours are individualized for a family’s specific interests and time allowance, so we are always happy to tailor your visit to fit your schedule and needs. Schedule your individual tour of our campus!

The admissions team enjoys meeting each prospective family. At Saint James, this is usually done when the family comes for a campus tour or shadowing opportunity.
There are times when a family may be moving to Montgomery from another part of the country or even from out of the country and much of the admissions process is completed by phone and email. These students may apply and may be accepted before arriving in Montgomery. When this happens the family normally comes by the school for a tour when their move is complete.
Each year we have a number of applicants who live in other parts of the country and even in other parts of the world. The application process can be completed prior to your move to Montgomery. The application, prior test scores, teacher evaluations, and grade reports can be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the admissions office. The admissions office will advise you of testing requirements and methods of executing those tests prior to your arrival in Montgomery. Visit our Admissions page for more information.
Yes. We are happy to offer rolling admissions at Saint James School for qualified applicants, pending space availability.
