The admissions team enjoys meeting each prospective family. At Saint James, this is usually done when the family comes for a campus tour or shadowing opportunity.

There are times when a family may be moving to Montgomery from another part of the country or even from out of the country and much of the admissions process is completed by phone and email. These students may apply and may be accepted before arriving in Montgomery. When this happens the family normally comes by the school for a tour when their move is complete.

Each year we have a number of applicants who live in other parts of the country and even in other parts of the world. The application process can be completed prior to your move to Montgomery. The application, prior test scores, teacher evaluations, and grade reports can be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the admissions office. The admissions office will advise you of testing requirements and methods of executing those tests prior to your arrival in Montgomery.  Visit our Admissions page for more information.
